• Cancel your subscription with one click

**How do I update my account information?**
Log in, click “Account,” then update your name, email, or password in the appropriate section.

**Where can I find my subscription details?**
Under the “Subscriptions” tab in your account menu, you’ll find current plan details, billing history, and renewal dates.

**Can I manage multiple subscriptions from one account?**
Yes. You can oversee all of your active subscriptions from a single dashboard.

**Will my subscription renew automatically?**
Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew according to your billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Cancel anytime.

**How do I cancel my subscription?**
Go to “Subscriptions” under your account menu and click “Cancel.” No hassle, no questions asked.

**If I cancel, do I lose access immediately?**
No. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

**What payment methods do you accept?**
All major credit/debit cards—plus we love bullion.

**Is my payment information secure?**
Yes. All payments are handled securely through Memberful and Stripe.

**What is FieldCraft?**
A cybersecurity awareness training program tailored for SEC-registered firms, included in all plans.  It takes 10 minutes to setup and will fully automate your entire employee training program and produce the necessary SEC compliance reports to prove that the training happened.

**How is the training delivered?**
Through short, entertaining videos with live actors—simple, engaging, and effective.

**What topics are covered?**
Phishing, passwords, device security, remote work, social engineering, and more.

**Does FieldCraft track employee progress?**
Yes. It tracks video completion, quiz scores, and user activity—ideal for compliance audits.

**Can I get SEC-ready reports from FieldCraft?**

**How do I submit a support request?**
Send an email to support@mtradecraft.com. A ticket will be created automatically, and our team will follow up via email. No login to a support portal is required.

**How do I book a consultation or custom service?**
Visit https://mtradecraft.net/meetings/ to request a call. We’ll draft a custom scope of service and send you an estimate. Pricing for Remote CISO and Consultant tiers assumes one physical location. Additional office locations may incur added cost.

**Can I list MTradecraft as my cybersecurity expert?**
Yes. Paid members may list MTradecraft on their ADV, policies, and in disclosures to clients and insurance companies.

**What if I need more than 25 users for training?**

**How do I access premium templates and frameworks?**
Log in and go to the Downloads page. All resources are unlocked automatically based on your plan.

**Are your documents SEC compliant?**
Yes. All resources are aligned with current SEC standards, including (now cancelled) Rule 206(4)-9. You’ll need to customize each document for your firm.

**Do I get alerts when regulations change?**
Paid members receive updated resources and alerts whenever new regulations are introduced.

**Do I receive intelligence updates or alerts?**
Yes. Paid members receive:
